Malcolm Rule with his wife Janine have been serving the community and helping people for over ten years.
With a passion for families they work together as a team concentrating most of their efforts into counselling
and developmental courses for people seeking to grow and develop the family unit.
Malcolm also fulfils the role of Senior Pastors here at encounter church, giving vision and leadership with in the Church.
